Craig: Hi. My name is Craig. I'm a personal trainer in Vancouver. Like a lot of you, I've
never had a six pack. I work out pretty much every day. I eat really healthy and even at
my lowest body fat percentage of 10%, I didn't have visible abs. I found this frustrating.
2009, I trained for and competed in IRONMAN Canada. That's a 4K swim, 180K bike, and 44K
run. The training for that leading up to it was a full 20 plus hours a week of cardio.
During this time, I got in extremely great shape, no visible fat anywhere on my body,
except for my abs. You'd think that all that cardio at the end of it, I'd be left with
a six pack.
Now at 38, I'm a father of two young girls. I got an eight-month old and a three-year-old.
I do not have 20 plus hours a week to spend in the gym to get in shape. I work out still
almost every day, but I found a new program or built a new program that helped me drop
14 pounds in 28 days. The workouts are short, quick, intense, but got the job done.
Through this, I found out what I was doing wrong. A lot of the exercise I've chosen before
were great for strengthening my abs and core, but weren't the best for flattening my stomach
and tightening my waistline.
Some of the foods I was eating although fueled me for exercise and gave me energy weren't
enabling my body to burn fat and some of them were causing inflammation and water retention.
Through a few simple tips and tricks, I was able to switch my diet to strictly fat burning
foods and non-inflammatory foods and that enabled me to lose the 28 pounds in 14 days.

Pepe: So now we're able to offer our complete six pack relay system for those clients that
we can't train in person. It's less than half the cost of one personal training session.
This program has worked on housewives, executives, world class entertainers, and it will work
for you.
My name is Pepe. You've met my business partner, Craig. We're both personal trainers in Vancouver
and have had a company here for the past 12 years. We've helped over a thousand people
with their weight loss goals.
One of the most common request we get from our clients is they want a lean, sexy waistline
or a six pack. So we've developed this complete 28-day program. It takes you through step-by-step
on exactly how to do that. This program has been proven to melt away the belly fat, tighten
your waistline, and reveal that inner six pack or that sexy trim waistline that you've
always wanted.
So you might be skeptical whether this program can work for you. Maybe you've tried fad diets
or exercise programs in the past with limited results. You're not alone. A lot of people
have. Many clients have tried several different things before they've come to us and be able
to get the results that they wanted. The main problem with fad diets is that they restrict
calories and they're hoping that your body is going to burn off what you're doing with
calories and fat, and it doesn't always work that way. What needs to happen is your metabolism
has to be ramped up in order to burn calories.
Here are some of the factors that could be holding you back from that tight, sexy waistline
you're looking for and your body's ability to burn fat. High cortisol levels create fat
storage. Liver trying to detox decreases metabolism. Hormone imbalances increase fat storage. Food
allergies. Inflammation slows down the metabolism and ties up the body's resources. Insulin
sensitivity increases fat storage and not maintaining muscle mass as well also slows
metabolism down and stops the body from burning fat.
So what do we need to do here? We need to eat the right foods that will detoxify our
bodies, get the insulin levels back in check and control cortisol levels as well. You need
to eat the right foods in the right proportions at the right time. These things are a good
start for cranking up your metabolism again and putting your body in a state where it's
able to burn fat or as we like to call it, "cranking up your fat burning furnace."
Craig: You've most likely tried abdominal exercise programs before based on crunches
and sit-ups and not seeing the results you wanted. Let's be honest. Most people when
they think of "results" in terms of their ab training, they want to look good in a swimming
suit, either at the beach or beside the pool.
Why do traditional programs based on crunches and sit-ups not deliver that? First of all,
they usually ignore the inner unit. Your inner unit is made up of your multifidus, your pelvic
floor, your transverse abdominis, and your diaphragm muscles. They work together to form
your body's natural weight belt. When these muscles are trained properly, they increase
your muscle tone and flatten your stomach. They're not involved when you do your traditional
crunch or sit-up.
Why else doesn't a program based on sit-ups and crunches work to flatten your stomach
and tone your waistline? Well first of all, a sit-up trains your *** abdominis, the
main muscles in your abdominals, but only from one position. In that position, because
you're lying down, the majority of your other muscles are turned off. So they're not getting
any muscle tone.
So that's one of the four positions, lying on your back, that you could train your ***
abdominis. The *** abdominis is one of the five muscle groups we train in our programs.
So if you follow my math, by just doing a program based on sit-ups and crunches, you're
doing essentially one-twentieth of what's possible for your abdominals.
So the 360 Degree Abs training program trains your muscles from every possible movement
and all of your muscles in combination and balance, and balance is very important because
your body doesn't want to strengthen out of balance because that would, say, just strengthen
your *** abdominis and pull your body forward like this. The body doesn't like that so it's
not going to produce the results you want.
On top of that, when we select an exercise in 360 Degree Abs, we make sure that it's
an exercise that's going to produce the result we're looking for, which is a flatter stomach,
basically making you look better in a bathing suit. How do we do this? By choosing exercises
that have other muscles involved.
So instead of just your basic crunch where you're lying on the ground and all your muscles
are off, we'd use a crunch on a Swiss Ball because when you're on a Swiss Ball, your
obliques and other muscles have to come on isometrically to help you stay on the ball
because the ball is unstable.
By combining all these things, exercises from the proper positions, training all your muscles
in balance, we produce a much more balanced program that does tighten your waistline and
flatten your stomach a lot quicker.
