Oli, what have you been looking at here, at the show today?
So far, I went straight to the Harley stands, Harley Davidson, beautiful bikes, love them.
Then Ducati, Kawasaki, Yamaha, just went to the MV Agusta stand, beautiful bikes, works of art, lovely, yeah I’m drooling.
Now you are pretty new to the whole world of motorcycling, aren’t you?
Yeah, yeah, I started, beginning of this year really, got involved through Get On, had my kind of a taster session,
I got absolutely hooked straight away, you know, I have got the bug, loved it, then I went on my CBT, then the Full Direct Access,
Got my full licence now, and I am kind of raring to go, I’m really looking forward to get a bike and get on the road.
What would say to people out there that are considering it but are a little bit hesitant?
A lot of people I speak to, you know, including my friends, specially kind of girls, they seem to be quite tentative but hesitant about getting on a bike.
I have got few of my friends that are just singing off for the get on campaign now, and I said to one of my mates, ‘Mate, I guarantee you, as soon as you finish you will be hooked, and you’ll want to do the lot’
It is really pleasurable experience, it is so much fun, and since I have been looking at bikes, and seen how much more cost effective it is, than riding cars,
I recently sold the car, because of my job, I was working in up north in Corrie I was getting the train, so I wasn’t using the car as much;
My car was sitting out site my house and it was costing me a lot of money, and compared to motorbike cost is ridiculous, so that’s a big temptation as well.
Now obviously you are a Corrie actor, can you give us any kind of insights into what might be happening?
It is going to be a lot of thing happening in Christmas, it is a few kinds of big departures of some big names there, some big characters, so there is going to be some fireworks,
I can’t promise a tram crash, it will be nice for the doctor, it keep my very busy, but always big things in Christmas, keep watching.
Oli, thanks very much, thank you
Thank you , cheers, thanks
