After spending 1 million simoleons to buy the foundation for Arcology, you'll see this.
Most of the resources you have to provide are tier 2 products. Meaning you'll need to upgrade a specialty building to an HQ lvl 2.
If you don't want to produce the materials yourself, then you'll have to spend several more millions on by importing them in.
Either way, you'll still need the Trade Depot to export your material out to the Arcology.
These mission bubbles on the side actively tracks and also controls export.
That means, if I close one of them, it'll stop the export of said mission.
The television export does not show up though on your mission list, but will still be active if enabled.
Your progress might bug out sometimes, and jump to the next phase. Log out and rollback if this occurs.
Manufacturing your own materials causes a lot of ground pollution. You can slow down the pollution and clean it up with trees.
Trees will die on top of polluted ground over time, while removing the pollution.
Ground pollution will not go away by itself without the aid of planting trees.
It takes will several day cycles to remove all the ground pollution.
After delivering all the necessary materials, you'll have to provide workers.
You do not necessarily have to cover all the jobs in your city to provide workers for the Arcology.
Progress bars for Arcology is not live, and will always take awhile to update.
After construction is done, you'll still need to provide it with power and water.
This is done automatically with any excess power or water your city is generating.
But remember, all works done on the Arcology is not live, and will take several minutes to update progress.
For example, if I plop down the necessary power now, it'll will not take affect right away.
Let's say for good measure, extra power went up at 8:00pm.
It took it until the next day at 1:00pm on cheetah speed to recognize the change and apply the excess power out.
And here's the finished Great Work Arcology.
