Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to do the first part of the sauce
by putting some oil (about 1 tablespoon) of oil and take the minced onions. We are going
to fry them and saute them a little bit until they become clear. What we do now is the first
layer to get to prepare for the stuffed cabbage to be placed on because we don't want the
cabbage to be right on the pot, it can burn. So what we do is saute the onions and we put
whatever is left from the cabbage, we have here cabbage that is already very soft. But
when you take fresh cabbage then you're going to see when it is ready when the cabbage turns
clear kind of and shrinks down a little bit. So we are going to put it in the high fire.
Now first only the onions get them clear and add the cabbage on top and cook it for about
five minutes. Then you take it off the fire and get it ready for the cabbage to be placed
on.
