Knowing what job interview questions and the possible answers that you're going to get
in an interview is something that you want to make sure you know. My name is Gloria Campbell,
I'm with Advantage Training Systems in St. Petersburg Florida. I'm going to give you
two or three of the standard questions and answers that you're always going to get in
an interview. The first one is always, "Tell me something about yourself". Keep it brief,
give very general information, smile and make the Interviewer feel comfortable. The second
question you're always going to get is, "Tell me what your strengths and your weaknesses
are". Normally most people don't have a problem with their strengths, they may say something
like, "I'm a go-getter, I'm the kind of person you can always depend on. I'm always on time,
I'm punctual." Then it comes to, "Tell me something about your weaknesses." An example
might be, "Well, you know, I'm the kind of person that once I get started on a task,
I have difficulty getting off that task, and getting on to something else". You always
want to have with the weakness, what you've done to compensate for that. So in my instance,
I would say, " So what I've done is I always have a time frame within which I'm going to
work on a project, put it aside, and then work on my To-Do list. The other thing that
they're going to ask you about is, "Tell me something that you enjoy doing and something
that you don't like doing". So if you're the kind of person that enjoys working outdoors,
that's great. But, what if you have to work inside? Remember, the questions are designed
to see if there's a good marriage between you and the company and whether you move onto
the next level. My name is Gloria Campbell, I'm with Advantage Training Systems in St.

similar and make sure you have some great answers.
