Hi everyone, this is Michael and welcome to Engpods.
How many of you out there lead busy and chaotic lives?
Children to feed. Work deadlines.
Grocery shopping. You need to take the car to the mechanic.
Housework. The list is endless.
So many of you are burning the candle at both ends.
And you always seem to be rushing somewhere or other.
You often don’t know if you’re coming or going.
And then you run out of steam. You’re completely wiped out.
In a word, you’re pooped. And you think “I CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE!”
How long can you go on like this? Striking a balance is key to finding a little
peace. Try setting aside some downtime.
Take time to smell the roses. Go for a stroll.
Curl up with a good book. Play with the kids.
Chill out. Those dishes in the sink can wait.
Easier said than done I know, but worth the effort.
That’s all for now. See you next time!
Sei completamente distrutto.
O semplicemente, sei stanco morto. In quel momento pensi: “NON CE LA FACCIO
PIU’!”
Riposati.
