Hey guys we are back in the gym today and it was chest day today. chest day all kindz
of gainz. well first of we started with incline bench i wasn't doing as much today i don't
know why. today was kind of tired feeling as you can see we kinda slacked a little on
a couple but in another video we will do a good one. im not sure if uh today we worked
before we went out to the gym or not? i yeah i think we did. and so we were like really
tired but uh i we are making excuses i don't really care what you people say so yeah. um
like he said we started of with incline bench we did in the video we only recorded to sets
but we did 3 sets of 6 to whatever reps. usually 8. yeah usually 8. but we just said 6 to 10
so we can like if we cant do 8. bulking. umm. putting on all kinds of muscle. yeah. and
we should be coming out with a progress video soon probably and an arm day. yeah arm day.
in a couple days that will be. yeah um we might do a leg day tomorrow not sure. ehh.
probably not. nothing really good about thos. yeah we could but i mean its not really exciting.
we are probably be coming out with vlogs and stuff because that's fun yeah just talking
about stuff and this is taking. well now we are on decline bench. yeah decline we haven't
done it in awhile but we are getting back into it this kinda tares my triceps a little
it feels like i gotta start getting little better. this one tares my shoulder when i
do it i got shoulder problems cuz like i broke one before and just when i it just tares so
much and yeah we are only doing 45s on each side and we are only 1 so um its decent the
most we have done is 10 and 5s on each side but yeah. this is chest flys. damn i hate
these things im kinda new to these. these have what helped me get my chest i think so
making him do them now. yeah usually i do free weight so im kinda new it this machine.
and i don't like doing free weight cuz i don't get the full affect as like on
the machine so like its just
