Welcome to another episode of my video blog. Roll it.
Hello, I'm Craig Woods, Broker at Royal LePage Your Community Realty. In this episode
we take a look at a mistake that can be made in real estate and then we'll go to my restaurant
recommendation for a fajita feast! Let's get to it!
Some home owners make the mistake of "not being upfront with their REALTOR" It's
unfortunate that home sellers withhold information from their realtor. Whether it is about why
they are selling their home or trying to hide something about the property that they should
disclose. It seems to indicate that they think they will do a better job in selling the home
that way and honestly nothing could be further from the truth. When sellers enter into an
agency relationship through a broker like myself, their situation will be kept confidential
unless permission is given to do otherwise as part of the selling strategy. To tell your
realtor you're in no hurry to sell when really you are will only mess up the strategies
he or she would use to maximize your profit on your sale. It's also important to disclose
any problems with the property those you did fix those that will be fixed. Then it can
be determined what needs to be disclosed upfront during the sale process to avoid issues with
a home inspector or possible legal issues that can arise within two years after closing
on the sale. The seller needs to trust the Realtor they work with to work in their best
interests. It's time for Craig, What do you recommend?
In this episode, I want to introduce you to Lone Star Texas Grill's Fajitas. They are
so good and offer the best variety but before you we even get to those, you should know
you will be greeted at your table with a free basket of warm tortillas and Lone star's
freshly made salsa! I personally think free food tastes better but I'll let you be the
judge. Okay, onto the fajitas, I'm at the Richmond Hill's location. I love coming
here on Mondays because you can have all you can eat fajitas for only $22.99. Have any
combination of Chicken, Shrimp, Steak or pork. The cool thing is the tortillas are made fresh
in the restaurant. I love how you can mold them without breaking them. They actually
grill the meat over Mesquite wood imported from Texas. Because I'm here on a Monday's
it also means I also get all you l I need fixings.
What more could you ask for. There are lots of locations throughout the GTA. I recommend
starting with a plate of half steak and half shrimp!
