Hi. This is attorney Chuck Boyk.
In winter, we often find a lot of snowmobile accidents.
Over the last twenty-nine years, I've noticed several different types of
snowmobile accidents,
and I'll try to explain the compensation you can recover under
Ohio law.
The first type of snowmobile accidents we find are accidents where the
snowmobile
operator's driving negligently and hits an
individual who's walking, hits another snowmobile,
or goes on the road and gets into a car accident with a car
or truck. The second type of snowmobile accidents
we'll find are that the snow mobile owner himself
is injured because some land owner puts up some serious
hidden defect, and as a result, the snowmobile operator himself
is seriously injured. Over the years, we've handled both
those type of cases. Feel free to contact us today, and we'll be happy to
discuss your
snowmobile accident case, and we've also written a book called The Ohio Accident
Book
where we explain your legal rights in a snowmobile accident.
Thank you.
