Alright, our butter has broken down about half way now and that's the point where you
want to take half of the lettuce that we had cut earlier and place that right over the
butter.
We're then going to want to take a cup of our frozen peas and place those over the lettuce.
We're going to take our finely minced rosemary which is about a tablespoon, teaspoon, excuse
me, and place that over the top and then our two cloves of garlic over that. We've got
about a tablespoon of onion, and make sure that that goes smoothly over the top, and
then we're going to add a teaspoon of sugar. Remember whenever you are trying to pour something
like this out, pour it over what you are trying to pour it into so that any excess will go
in.
