Hi, here's the recipe of Pears and chocolate crumble
Melt 60g butter in a frying pan
add 7 pears, peeled and cut in pieces
add 1 tsp. of cinnamon (optional)
add 60 g of brown sugar
then 2 c. tablespoons rum
cover and let simmer for 15 minutes then let cool
Prepare the crumble topping. Pour 250 gr of flour in a bowl
add 140 g of brown sugar
mix well together and add a pinch of salt
add 200 g of soft butter
it will take a few minutes to be mixed
it gives a shortcrust pastry
Pour the pears in a buttered gratin dish
pour 100 g dark chocolate
pour the crumble dough
eat it hot or cold
