Hi all. Christine Byer here, licensed Master Esthetician in Austin, Texas.
I wanted to give you all a quick - to teach you a quick trick that I do for my neck and jowl area.
If I'm feeling puffy and like my neck is starting to sag
And at 43, that's just about every day.
This is something you really only need to do about twice a week.
Because it drains your lymph.
It takes about 72 hours for your body to process it all, you know if you were to do a full session.
Anyway, twice a week.
so I'll take this: this is a silicone, cellulite cup.
Cellulite, silicone cup. I bought it on Ebay.
An esty friend showed me. You can use it on aches and pains and all over the body.
But I use it to suck out lymph from this area.
so I don't even put oil on my face. I use a hopping method.
I basically just...hop, hop, hop. And I just follow a lymph drainage pattern.
And you do this...maybe about three times in each area.
This is the end of a long day and I basically just put on sunscreen.
But it's not sticking as well as if you were to freshly wash your face and moisturize it.
And then try this. But when you're in a hurry, or in a pinch, it's fine.
It just doesn't stick as well when my face has the day's grime on it.
Which I wouldn't recommend but if you're going to a party and you feel all "fat necked"
This is the thing to do.
So I don't know if you can see that but
It really, within minutes you can clear out alot of lymph.
And in the next few minutes that go by (loud car!)
the next few minutes that go by, it will drain.
And so that's it. That's one of my favorite little tricks.
This you can buy on Ebay. I bought a pair for like $20
For some reason these are not in the stores
They all seem to come from, like, the Ukraine.
You know they work great.
They do work on removing lymph in the belly
Area, in the thigh area. But you have to use them, you know.
But they work great.
So I hope this helps. If you have any questions
please put them in the comment area.
