So what comes after pretty much all the action in a game of Johnson? Like most poker games,
it's time for the showdown. Now, important to know is, what is a good hand. A hand that
can win a pot in Johnson. Well, if you're playing high, two pair will do you good and
if you're playing low, this little pat seven low that you got dealt will help a lot. Now
remember, we've been playing low for most of the last two segments, so we're going to
continue with that during the showdown and the person who shows down their cards first
is the person who last bet or raised. That is you. So, you're going to turn over your
cards, put them on the table and say, "Read them and weep, guys. I've a seven low." And
the player to your left is going to decide if his hand beats yours. If it doesn't, he's
going to throw it in the muck. So that hand goes there, his hand doesn't beat yours. Me,
well, I have, not a seven low. And the player to my left, remember he was trying to get
lucky? No dice. Your seven low wins the hand, you take the pot.
