We will be making Mutton Mandakini
Ingredients required to cook mutton mandakini:
Boneless mutton
Boiled eggs
Oil
Tomato
Soaked Cashew nuts paste
Onions
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Salt
Corriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chillies
Now let us see...How to cook mutton mandakini...
Firstly, marinate the mutton with required chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder
Also add the chopped tomatoes
Marinate it for 30 minutes
Then,heat some oil in the frying pan
Fry some cloves,cinnamons & cardamom seeds
Fry the onions & green chillies in the pan till they turn golden brown
Then,add the marinated mutton into the pan & mix it properly
Cook it on low flames till it becomes soft...
Close the lid till the mutton gets cooked
After few minutes...add chilli powder,salt & cashew nuts paste
Add some garam masala as well & mix it properly
Close the lid for 20 minutes & let the mutton get cooked
Lastly,add Mint leaves & Corriander leaves
Take it in a serving bowl
Garnish with corriander leaves, mint leaves & boiled eggs
Mutton mandakini is ready to it...
It is very yummy...!!!
