I love reading.
My friends and family actually say I'm a little obsessed.
I prefer the term passionate.
Reading offers me an escape.
The possibilities are endless.
Unfortunately, the storage space for my books is not.
That's why I decided to purchase an e-reader.
Can you believe I turned all of this into just this?
To tell you the truth, I was pretty reluctant to make the
change to an e-reader.
At first I thought I wouldn't enjoy reading from a screen,
but with the Kindle Paperwhite, it really feels
like ink on paper.
Plus, the screen is illuminated, so
I can read at night.
I can read the sunlight without any worry about glare.
I can store over 1,100 e-books on my Kindle, and the battery
lasts for up to eight weeks per charge, which, if you're
like me, that's great, because I pretty much always forget to
charge my devices.
When I first started doing research on e-readers, the
thing that surprised me the most was the versatility
available in the Kindle family.
They don't just have e-readers like the Kindle Touch and
Kindle Paperwhite.
They also offer a full tablet experience with the Kindle
Fire HD that offers apps, games, music,
movies, you name it.
The best part is, with the Kindle family, you get access
to the Kindle store, where you can purchase e-books and
exclusive Kindle books and download them
right to your device.
