Certainly, the most annoying of you will ask a question if there are surely some points that help to achieve any particular result and success.
Yes, there are such moments. You are absolutely right. And I would like to highlight them now. There are five.
1. You should work only in one business. 2. You should work up to result. 3. You should train constantly. 4. You should be a good sponsor. 5. You should never listen to any "advisers."
Let's open all these 5 points in more detail.
First. You should work only in one business. When I give an example, I think you will agree with me.
For example, a man wanted to make business, he accumulated some money, prepared and opened a shoe store.
When a month or two passed, he was rumored to know that, of course, a shoe shop was good, but to be engaged in building materials - more profitable. That man stopped and began the other business.
Some more time passed, and again he received information that building materials - it's cool, but the grocery store was much better. And so the man as a merry-go-round -- out of one business into another one, never achieving any results.
But all realize it is not logical and clear, it's wrong. Then I do not understand why people think there is any sense in jumping from one project to another, from one company to another one.
If you believe in any sense of such actions, as a result -- no any result, because all your efforts are useless. That's why you should work only in one and the same business.
So, the second. You should work up to result. If at the moment something is going wrong in business: there are no people, no team, no invitees, no close tables, believe me, it's okay.
All people who have achieved some success in the company, they all faced that problem. And you also need to face it at the beginning.
Success in our business is round the corner. You should only wait for your success working hard.
The third. You should train and improve constantly. Shortly, those people who think they know everything and they do not need any knowledge of more successful people are wrong, there is no sense to learning again the same problems.
The fourth. You should be a good sponsor. What does it mean to be a good sponsor? This is a pretty broad term. Let's take a look at what it is like to be a good sponsor?
First, you have to help your people, be honest with them, tell the truth what they should do. Do not underestimate the actions that they need to make to succeed, work up to result and be an opinion leader in their structures.
The fifth. You should never listen to any "advisers". People making business with the Emgoldex company stand obviously out of the crowd. They are always the subject to criticize.
Advisers will tell you that you make the wrong business, you're in the wrong place, and all this is nonsense.
I did not listen to those people and at the moment I am here -- on the Leadership Winter Cruise of the Emgoldex company among the same successful partners.
So do not listen to these people. If you see and feel what you are doing is really your important matter - act, work, do not listen to anyone.
