Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village
I'm going to show you how to make cappuccino brownie cups. Lastly, we are going to add
our chopped, these are already chopped pecans. I like to break them right in the bag and
give them a little squish. You are going to need about a cup to a cup in a half of these
beautiful pecans into our mixture. Now this recipe only calls for a cup. But if you are
like me and you love walnuts I like to put a cup and a half. So let's mix this in and
we are just about ready we are just going to fold these in and we are just about ready
now to put this in our baking dish. We are going to add our chocolate batter to our pan
and I would tell you it taste great. This is where you can get the kids in the kitchen
cause every kid would love to lick the bowl. You know what you have to tell them if you
want to lick the bowl you have to be in the kitchen. You have to earn your keep by doing
something. There is a lot that kids could have done with this so again put this all
in your greased casserole dish and we are going to put in the oven. We are going to
put it for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick goes in the center. You should be able to
put a toothpick in the center and pull it out and it should be clean. We are going to
keep a eye on it so when we come back right now let's get it in the oven. We have this
ready to go in our oven at 350. We are going to put in, here is a old trick that my aunt
always use to say "if it takes 20 minutes to cook or 25 minutes, half way through we
are going to take it out and just turn it around." That is what she use to do and that
is so it would cook evenly. The oven sometimes doesn?t do that. So that is going to stay
in for about 20 minutes, we are going to come back of course in about 10 minutes. Turn it
around. Remember you should be able to stick a toothpick in the middle and the toothpick
should come out clean. While that is cooking we are actually going to start whipping up
our whipping cream.
