We are talking today about inboard wrist locks, how to apply them, and how to use them for
your self defense. Now, to sum it all up, we've practiced an inboard wrist lock from
a straight grab and learning how to rotate the hand properly. Also, from a cross grab,
again paying attention to the rotation of the hand and which direction you have to rotate
it in to apply an inboard wrist lock. From a shoulder grab, he grabs a shoulder, you
have to turn the body into your technique, and then again step again into your inboard
wrist lock. And also, from the knife strikes, we practiced the inboard wrist lock, knife
strikes, and also happen to do a half wrist lock with a takedown. These techniques, again,
just go get a partner, practice these techniques, and also I have stressed safety. Make sure
the other person is comfortable with you working on their wrist and also them working on your
wrist, and also keep in mind your tapping when they have applied enough pressure to
the technique and as much as you take go ahead and tap so that they know to immediately let
go. So again, I stressed safety and that is pretty much summing up the inboard wrist lock.
