THAT I GOT SUZY AND DOUG UP HERE
PROVES TO ME THAT MY CAMPAIGN WAS SUCCESSFUL.

IT'S A VERY UNIQUE PROPERTY, AND IT PIQUES PEOPLE'S INTEREST,
BUT IT'S NOT FOR EVERYONE.

BUT, UM, I WASN'T PREPARED TO LIKE IT THIS MUCH,
AND I AM CONFUSED.

WELL, WHAT'S AMAZING IS WHEN WE FIRST WALKED IN
AND SAW THE PROPERTY, IT WAS-- IT NEEDED A LOT OF HELP.
WE UNDERSTOOD IT, BUT FOR A BUYER TO UNDERSTAND,
WELL, WE DID IT TOGETHER.
THE DEAL IS DONE. THE DESIGN PRESENTATION ALLOWED US
TO SHOW WHAT THE POTENTIAL OF THIS APARTMENT WAS,
AND SO MY BUYER WHO WAS ON THE FENCE
CAME FORWARD, AND WE SEALED THE DEAL.
NO DEAL IS THE SAME, I GUESS.
STARTED ONE PLACE, WE HAD A STRATEGY,
AND IT WENT IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DIRECTION.
(John) WE HAD A CLEAR STRATEGY GOING IN. THAT CHANGED HALFWAY,
WHICH REALLY SHOWED MICHAEL'S ABILITY TO BE NIMBLE
WITH THE MOVING MARKETS. THE BOTTOM LINE IS
THAT MICHAEL BROUGHT ABOUT A REALLY HIGH PRICE
FOR OUR SELLER, AND HE CLOSED THE DEAL.
AS LONG AS WE GET THROUGH THE CLOSING, RIGHT,
AND WITHOUT WASTING ANY MONEY ALONG THE WAY.
SHAUN WAS A HUGE HELP IN MAKING THIS HAPPEN.
HE GAVE ME EXACTLY THE RIGHT ADVICE,
AND CLEARLY IT WORKED, BECAUSE WE'VE GOT THE CONTRACT SIGNED
AND WE'RE READY TO MOVE FORWARD ON TO THE NEXT DEAL.
