It's pretty good there was a rocky start to it but that's just, you know, the first getting
used to it and all that but.
It's the general education,
getting through all the math classes and writing classes that are required
to get an Associate's degree.
I've earned my Associate's in the Gen ED, but I want to get it in Science.
You've always got counselors that are always ready. My counselor, Ms. Daniel Mills
Very nice. She really made sure I was always on top of my stuff.
It's broadening your horizons
and accepting lots of people.
I thought their classes were going to be a lot bigger, but
I like how they are smaller here.
The way that they set things up for you is very nice here.
Like my teacher knows my name.
And I wasn't expecting that kind of thing.
It's a pretty good experience.
It's probably my biggest surprise and there's always things going on too.
She has someone from the U of U come to this little class thing that we have.
We have 50 minutes of every Tuesday where we go and it's just the kids of the scholarship,
and she'll have people from the U of U come down and talk to you about
where are you going to go here for your transfers
and how to like set that up early so everything taken care of.
I'm taking student loans out, but, yeah in the end. In the end I will be paying for it.
