The Story Behind His Music
West Virginia's own music, Beech St. Records recording artist, J.Fraze just finished shooting
the first music video "Jehovah Jireh" off the new album, "Brighter Dayz" which will
drop on May 3rd nationwide through Infinity Music/Central South Distribution. J.Fraze
had this to say about the concept of his music, "This is really a testimony of my life of
how I was selling drugs on the street and how God called me to walk away from that lifestyle
and into His arms of love. In the video there are two young boys; one of them is just out
to score and the other gets convicted when they are selling drugs outside of a church
when the pastor stops them and gives them a card inviting them to church. The young
boy decides to heed the call and go into the church and in the process gives his life to
God. The music also features myself and the Generation Yes Choir who were regional finalists
on the 2010 Verizon's "How Sweet the Sound." The music video was shot by Cucumber & Company
and directed by J.Fraze at the New River Gorge in West Virginia which has a beautiful backdrop
of mountains for miles. Be on the lookout for the "Jehovah Jireh" music video on television
and the internet very soon. J.Fraze is doing a taping of Bobby Jones Gospel

Beech St. Records is an up and coming label that features many different genres of music
including Gospel, R&B, Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Rock. The new project, "Brighter Dayz"
features an amazing list of guest artists and producers like Grammy Award winner Billy
Beck (Ohio Players), Milliyon (Cajo Records), Humble Tip, Big Ran (Canton Jones), Krazy
Figs (Akon), Marley Marl (TLC, LL Cool J, KRS-One), Doc Sizzo(John P. Kee, Deitrick

has been touring all over the country doing performances withCanton Jones, Tye Tribbett,
Group 1 Crew, Martha Munizzi, *** Roots, William McDowell, and many more! J.Fraze had
this to say when asked about the album and what impact he wants listeners to receive,
"I want my fans to know that this is a great project that people from ages 8 to 80 can
listen to and enjoy music because there is something from smooth R&B blends to straight
Hip Hop beats, to Contemporary Praise & Worship. So, hear my journey through music and understand
that I am in the world but not of it I am in Christ. I feel that we need to open doors
to people who would not necessarily be open to Christ's message but, through music, this
message does show them that His Word is applicable through real life struggles and issues."
