Hi, I'm Doug, I work with twenty great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods
and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. Now we're going to do the
deed. He's using a good quality air drill just because they are light and convenient.
But you want to make sure that you don't over rev the drill. If your not making shavings
your not cutting it and it's ruining the drill bit. You can see right there that Wayne is
holding that little air nozzle and blowing it in there constantly so that any metal shavings
are getting blown out as he makes them. He's blowing them away from the motor there. And
he's drilling a hole that he'll go ahead and tap out later and put threads in it. So he's
chosen the drill bit based on which tap size he needs to hold that oil pump pickup in place.
