Next, a few words on not rushing your art. It's tempting that we have these panels just
to rush on into inking. Don't. Take a second, step back, and look at what you've already
drawn in. What we're looking for is to make sure that your characters are consistent and
that you haven't left out some critical details. Go back through. Perhaps you left off a little
bit of a leg, or haven't quite defined an elbow like you should. It doesn't have to
be entirely complete, but you should largely have all of your shapes connecting. Don't
really cut your corners, especially if you're newer at this. Another big thing to keep in
mind is not leaving out critical details. See here in the second panel, we have a drafting
table behind our character. We don't have that here. Despite the exact set up with the
camera. Let's make sure that we keep it consistent by adding in the drafting table over here.
It doesn't have to be in the exact position. Our character is standing up in the first
panel and sitting down in the second one after all, but it shouldn't definably be there.
It's a very important thing we have going on in the background over here. We want to
make sure that we're setting up the situation in a constant manner.
