Welcome to PublicWire.com. I'm Amanda Powell with the investment news
you need Hot Off the Wire for Thursday, May 27th, 2010.
Gold prices are soaring. Just one ounce of gold is now worth more than
twelve-hundred dollars. Now, one private investor is banking that
US Precious Metals will find a lot of gold in Mexico.
The un-named investor just gave the company 12 million dollars.
He or she is getting a 49 percent stake in US Precious Metals and 10 percent of the gross
output of its mining concessions. Bull Rally let us know about the company's
high trading volume. USPR is currently trading near a three month
high on the bulletin board.
President Obama is promising to keep any new oil rigs from opening until new safeguards
are in place to prevent another oil flow. That's why SmallCapReview says Lithium is
the fuel of the future. That's not all.
SmallCapReview also says AmeriLithium may be the next Exxon because a takeover by Ford
Motor Company could send this stock to $125 or higher.
Shares of AMEL are currently trading close to one dollar a share after jumping five percent
on Wednesday.
A brighter tomorrow could be brought you by Kender Energy.
The company just signed a distribution deal with North-Bay Heat Transfer Equipment Company
in California. Kender Energy hopes to take advantage of the
state's Million Solar Roofs Bill. The bill puts California on track toward building
a million solar roofs in the next ten years. Hyper Growth Stocks says this may be the best
time to buy KNDR because the stock has been steadily trading near a nickel.
You need to keep your eyes on Sunrise Consulting. More than one billion shares of SNRS were
exchanged Wednesday. The surge in volume came after an unsolicited
offer was made to buy every outstanding share for three-tenths of a cent.
That's ten times what Sunrise Consulting is trading at right now.
Sunrise Consulting says it is considering the offer and expects additional counter-offers.
Penny Trader expects the company will reveal more information by June first.
