Hello friends, after Christmas
It´s time for a light and healthy recipe.
We are going to prepare a delicious dish made with Enoki Mushrooms and Tofu
If you can not find the Enoki Mushrooms
you can use any other kind of mushroom.
I hope you like it, let´s get started.
Prepare the ingredients.
Separate the white and the green part.
Remove the the roots.
Separate the stems in small clusters.
Work carefully with the tofu.
Dry it very well and ready to fry.
When golden brown, save for later.
Fry the garlic and then the white part of the green onions.
Save the green part for later.
add gradually until the sauce thickens.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the tofu and mix well.
Put green onion that we have reserved, stir a few times and it is ready.
Serve warm with cooked rice.
