Now that we have our completed first row on our crinkled up scrunchie, what we're going
to do now is add another level to it. And if you're using the same color, you can just
continue with your loop. I'm going to go ahead and attach this. And you can use a different
color if you'd like. And just, by going underneath one of the top loops right there, going to
grab some yarn and pull it underneath there. And then I'm going to go through the first
two loops just like that, and we've got it attached. Now, because I'm going to continue
to do a double crochet, I'm going to crochet up one and two, and then I'm just going to
continue to go underneath these chains. Now, because this is crinkled up like this, and
you'll see, it's like a squiggly line, you really have to look closely and make sure
that you're catching every single chain. So just make sure you catch this one right there,
and then just keep going. Just be really aware of where all of your chains are, because you'll
come across a lot as you work. Even if you want to, you can always pull it back out straight
and crochet along, and then scrunch up what you've already done, and just keep pulling
it out straight as you work. Because you really just don't want to miss any of these chains
because you'll actually tighten it up and it won't be the same. You'll find that the
edge on our second level is tighter, so it will kind of curl inwards, and you really
don't want that. You want to just stay nice and open, and work just like a regular crinkle
would, as if we just had one level. But just keep going underneath every single chain,
and doing a double crochet on top of every chain that we have, and continue that all
the way around.
