When we're working with swords or any kind of combat, you have to make sure you find
your stance. What you want to do is you want to make sure you've got your legs kind of
comfortably apart. And you've found, you find your center. You want to make sure that you're
not too far forward, too far back. You want to make sure that you can move very fluidly.
So that if I'm sword fighting and she attacks me, I can get out of the way quickly and I
can move around. I have complete control over my body. If you're just like this, you've
got no control. You can easily be pushed over. You want to make sure you present a strong,
a strong target as well as a strong force to be reckoned with. Now when I'm doing this,
I like to find a good rhythm for myself. So I like to practice by moving around a lot.
So you can find your good center where you are, where you're not going to go over extend
one way or hyper extend the other. And that's our stance, so now we can begin fighting.
