My name is Clifford Laney; I’m from Temecula. The training program I took was PDR and the
reason why I took from PDR is because from experience I know that some of my friends
are making a lucrative living from it. One of my buddies who does bumpers, he recommended
me to come here to Rightlook, he said it’s one of the best schools.
The first day of training I was so lost I thought like, “what am I getting myself
into? I don’t think I can do this.” But after a while you realize it’s not complicated,
it’s just a process and with my instructor Garrett—he’s always there for us. If we
have any questions, he’s there to answer them fast. Garrett is funny, he’s cool,
he’s knowledgeable, and he doesn’t overwhelm us with information. He lets us get to a level
where we need to get then as soon as we have a question he tells us exactly what’s going
on. It was actually easier working on the vehicle
than the panels because the panels are flexible whereas when you’re working on a live car,
you got all the stuff compacted in there so it’s easier to take out the dents. And plus,
I felt confident because we could not possibly mess up because we had our instructor right
there. We had the confidence and it was fun. I never saw myself working on a vehicle before
so it was nice to actually get something done. To know that I actually have the skills necessary
to get the job done and knowing it’s not intimidating as long as you follow the process,
and to know that we can always call Garrett on our days off and send him a picture of
something we’re going to work on, it’s like we’re taking the class with us no matter
what. The highlight, the best part, is the support we’re going to get after this. I
recommend this class for anybody wanting to learn PDR, you definitely get way more than
you pay for and you definitely will leave here satisfied and ongoing support so anybody
looking for exactly that will get more. I definitely recommend this class.
