Fresh Curd - 50 ml
Rose essence (Rose milk essence)
Ice cubes
Sabja seeds (Basil Seeds)
Soak the sabja seeds for 1 hour, later it becomes bigger like this.

Take the curd in a container
Add 1 tspn. rose essence to the curd
Whip the curd manually
After whipping the curd add the ice cubes

Pour the lassi on the top of sabja seeds
Add sabja seeds again
