This, what we have in front of us is a forgery. This letter was written by someone criminally impersonating police. This specific letter criminally impersonates someone they call the "acting commander". This was received on public holiday Monday 7 October 2013. I had not realized it was a public holiday today when I checked my letterbox. I had checked my letterbox yesterday Sunday, thinking it was Monday so I know the letterbox was empty. We do not get deliveries in Adelaide area on public holidays. I am going to read the letter. It is not something I would normally read but this is very interesting as it proves the fraud but is also proves that someone is stalking me. Whoever wrote this letter is stalking me. Whoever wrote it must have some connection with somebody who has postal sorting machines because it has postal sorting marks on it (I've written on the back) It is date marked on 2nd October 2013 at Canberra ACT mail center. There is a mail sorting center in Goulburn NSW and this was allegedly sent from Goulburn so it didn't need to travel to Canberra (to be date stamped) they sort them in Goulburn so that indicates it's a fraud. It had come from Canberra ACT so somebody working in the Canberra ACT Australia Post mail distribution center may be the person who has forged this letter. The letter is rerally very interesting it says "Dear Ms Francis, I refer to your complaint to the Police Integrity Commission in NSW dated 16 July 2013..." Yes I did make a complaint on 16 July 2013. The letter continues, "After carefully considering the contents of your email..." I did NOT send the complaint by an email. It was NOT sent by email. "together with the relevant police reports the Goulburn Local Area Command Complaint Management Team..." which means they have an entire team to handle their complaints obviously that is because they have so many of them. The it says, "Complaint Management Team has determined not to conduct an investigation into your complaint..." Well that is not a prerogative they do not have the option whether or not to investigate when there is evidence to investigate. The letter continues, "When making our decision the CMT noted that the incidents you raise occurred in 1987..." Well that is ***. The complaint I made on 16 July 2013 had absolutely no reference to anything that occurred in 1987 to my knowledge unless there was some sort of secret agenda from the police involved, and it goes on :"and in 2004..." yes the incident happened in 2004 unless the police in 2004 had an agenda associated to something in 1987 I was not privy to I had raised nothing concerning things in 1987 it was all 2004 about the criminally fraudulent charges Goulburn NSW police laid upon me to criminally protect police detective Bob Bradbury and his criminal fraud and his theft of my visual identity involving his association with the Allen and Unwin book Brother In Arms, when he lived near me in THE OAKS NSW my photograph was stolen and published in Allen and Unwin book as a murdered 14 year old girl using my face @age 27. So perhaps he stole my photo in 1987. Then it goes on, "an alternate means of redress through the court system was available to you at the time..." NO the public do not have to take crimes to the civil courts. Police prosecute crimes not citizens. Then it goes on, "Whilst I appreciate you may be disappointed by this decision I trust you will understand the reason given..." Signed in green felt tip pen just like an auditor, the same green as described in the Allen and Unwin book as attached to my photograph labeled as Leanne Walters on a sex license the NSW police decided they would stick my photo to. The signing name is "E" for Eric "W" for *** "Q U A R M B Y Acting Commander Goulburn Local Area Command 2nd October 2013" Well this needs to be investigated SOUTH AUSTRALIA police this is a forgery. It is a crime to impersonate Australian police.
