the left fingertips, exhaling pressing your sacrum, your tail bone down toward that rear
heel, providing traction for the spine, lengthening it, aligning it. Lateral Angle. Breath. Full
deep breath, full exhale. Feel the energy come up the side of the body, spine long,
breath deep.
