Hello and welcome to this first Tips and Tricks video for ZoomText Mac. In today's video
we're going to walk you through all of the keyboard shortcuts or hotkeys in ZoomText
Mac.
ZoomText Mac has a streamlined feature set, so you won't have to remember hundreds of
hotkeys right off the bat. All of the functions we're going over today are also accessible
by the mouse, but using keyboard shortcuts can make things a lot faster!
I'm going to go ahead and start ZoomText by double-clicking on its icon. One of the
first hotkeys to remember is COMMAND+OPTION+ENTER, which will bring up the Preferences panel.
Here's where you can make changes to your settings like adjusting your magnification
level, window type, or customizing the screen enhancements.
Speaking of magnification level, this can be easily changed by pressing COMMAND+OPTION+UP
or DOWN arrow. Notice that the magnification level is displayed on screen in real time
as well.
Want to turn on your color filter? Press COMMAND+OPTION+\ (under the delete key). This will toggle between
the last color scheme selected and Normal color. And if you ever want to disable ZoomText,
just press COMMAND+OPTION+DELETE, this will toggle ZoomText on and off, think of it like
an on/off switch that turns off all your settings without quitting the program entirely.
If you've selected the lens window type, you might want to resize the window. You can
enter the adjust tool mode by pressing COMMAND+OPTION+R. And lastly, if you want to exit ZoomText completely,
just press COMMAND+OPTION+Q.
Thanks for watching, and be sure to check our blog for more tips and tricks videos in
