Hello. Matt Guf here from House Snowboard Shop. This is GNU Street Series jib-focused
BTX Snowboard. This is for the lover of the jib in you. It has a twin shape with Banana
technology. In between the bindings, the board is going to be rocker. After and underneath
the bindings to the nose and the tail, the board is actually going to be flat. It has
a great playful feel with quick responsiveness of both kinds of snowboards--both camber and
reverse camber. It has an A5 sustainable wood aspen core from tip to tail, and it also has
the quasi glass that runs both on the top and the bottom of the wood core. The wax-infused
sintered base is going to keep this thing fast as hell all season long. I would suggest
waxing it every once in a while though. The Magne-Traction edge is going to hold you up
on choppy conditions and firm conditions because the wavy Magne-Traction edge actually creates
more surface area with the snow that you’re going to be riding on. Now, the board has
an awesome graphic. It was done by a designer named Greg Goss (sp.)---a lot of Minneapolis
and Minnesota . The EISS 5 ultra high molecular weighted side walls are going to hold up all
season long. *** these things on anything. Hopefully they’ll just pop back out into
its original shape. This is the GNU Street Series. It has a great flex--nice and soft,
of course. I would say go buy it because it looks so cool and buy it because it’s going
to ride cool.
