Hey everybody! My name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Okay,
here we are at our main page again. What I'm going to teach you to do next is how to batch
organize your photos. You want to go up here to organize and click all your photos. You're
taken to a screen that looks like this. Now, I want to add the tag cat to all the pictures
that I have that have a cat in them. All you have to do is click and drag up to the top
all the pictures that you want to tag with the word cat. Now that they're all up here.
There's a lot of different things that you can do up here. Right now I'm just going to
go to add tags and it'll give you this box. It'll say tag to add acting on 4 photos. I
have 4 photos over here. I'm just going to type in cat and click add tags, and then go
ahead and click thanks. Now all these photos have the tag cat. You can also edit the dates.
You can edit permissions. You can add the photos to different sets, which we'll get
into in a little while. You can take pictures and put them back down at the bottom and pick
and choose as you like. One other thing you can do is if you go to edit photos and click
on title's tags and descriptions, it'll take you to this screen. At this screen you can
very quickly add titles, descriptions and tags to each of your photos in kind of a detailed
view here, so this way I can quickly title these photos. Title this one black cat in
a hat. I can add a description like we discussed before. Add tags. These are tags that I edited
in batch mode. After you're done with that just click save all and it'll save all the
tags and descriptions you just did.
