my name is Eva shaker or I live in Kellyville Ridge
I'm I'm currently studying at Macquarie University I'm doing a double degree of
Commerce and Business admin
my future ambition is probably to work with one of the big four companies I
one of the big four accounting firms in Sydney
my interests include playing soccer and basketball
and hang out with my friends most appealing thing about living in
Kellyville Ridge is that it's a great area which is constantly expanding
if you look around we've got new houses being built and we've got great
facilities that are coming in for example
Lake Ironbark here. access to infrastructure in place of work I not as
great
from cable Ridge as compared to other areas
and I i do believe that this is true in a sense because
if I need to get to work say in the CBD it means I need to get up quite early
because
the buses do take quite a while because we're connected really well in a local
sense
for example if I was to travel from Kellyville Ridge to Blacktown something
about 15 min a bus ride
in comparisons from clearance to the CBD is quite
quite a long journey which of you could be improved
and as such if I was to seek
that that kind of high-level employment is not as much available in Blacktown
as I would hope so so that means that
if I'm seeking high-level employment I'll need to venture out to the city
and as such public transport plays a key role in my life
as I need to travel first let's say two hours at three hours a day
to reach my place of employment and that's
three hours which I could spend doing something totally different living he
encourages
absolutely very different to living in the CBD
or the inner suburbs because we have a lot more room per se
when whenever I visit the city I'll see the sky the high-rises and buildings on
tall buildings south with barely any space between
although that does have its appeal it seems slightly majestic but
living out in Kellyville Ridge just gives you feel love
a relaxation because everything is so open and you feel like you have room to
breathe you can walk around
and we've got things like Lake Ironbarkwhich really couldn't be built in
the in the suburbs or
in the city which is a probably a big plus
so i would tell someone who's who doesn't know much about Blacktown that
it's an absolutely great server
which is going through a period a very explosive growth
and development with a lot of new faces joining the Blacktown community
I feel that a lot of the stereotypes about black town are really unwarranted
and that people really need to make their own minds up before
taking heed to the stereotypes by actually visiting areas like this
which show is something totally different to what you'd expect from the
stereotype in Blacktown
because it's really open it's really nice are you got so many friendly people
and it's an absolutely great place to live
