STUDENT: She wants to cross. INSTRUCTOR: Okay, then. Slow down, and stop.

STUDENT: Which way now? INSTRUCTOR: Turn left and go down to Brody.
Okay. Wait for a break in the traffic. Then turn onto Brody.
STUDENT: Which lane should I be in? INSTRUCTOR: Change into the left lane when
it's safe. And then turn left at the lights.
STUDENT: Now, where? INSTRUCTOR: Turn right at the church.
STUDENT: Right at the church. INSTRUCTOR: Go straight down one block, then
turn right again. STUDENT: Turn right on Schaffer.
INSTRUCTOR: Well, that's very good. I think you're ready for your exam next
week. STUDENT: I hope so!
INSTRUCTOR: Thanks. Your exam is on Thursday at 10 o'clock.
