Now I'm going to make Dashi Maki.
We have Egg..
Come closer...
3 Eggs;
Sugar;
Salt;
Soy Sauce; and
Dashi.
First, Eggs;
...(trying to remove egg-shell)...
...(Here we go!)...
One handful of sugar;
One handful of salt; and
Soy sauce.
Then stir thoroughly.
Then this is Dashi.
Pour the same amount of Dashi as what we just made.
The more you pour, the more difficult to roll. So, first, the amount should be half the amount of Eggs.
Now...we prepare for rolling.
This is vegetable oil.
After heating up the pan thoroughly,
(apply the oil over the pan.)
Adjust the fire to medium,
then apply a bit of oil again.
(checking if the pan is hot enough for rolling...)
(It's ready!)
(Pour the egg;)
(Make a layer;)
(Roll, roll, roll...)
(Apply the oil.;)
(Repeat till you get the size you want...)

(Adjust the shape)
Then cool Dashi Maki.
Cool down like this for 2~3 minutes.
(After cooling down...)
You can enjoy Dashi Maki with mayonnaise, soy sauce, or whatever you like.
