The one leg sit is a variation of the sitting position basically what you are going to do
is extend one leg instead of brining both of your legs up. I will demonstrate for you
and you can do this either leg it really depends on what you are comfortable with. Once again
you need upper body strength in order to do this, you also need slightly more abdominals
cause you are picking your entire leg up and a way from your body. Whenever you pick a
leg up like that you are using your abdominals your lower abdominals mostly. As you see the pole also grabs a little bit
of my leg and holds me on the pole so that I stay in a sitting position.
