Alright. So, in this next series you're going to see. We're going to practice throwing the
Nunchuck over our back and into our hand. Now, instead of a Nunchuck that I have with
me now. I have a Eskrima. So, now I'm going to practice taking the eskrima. It's good
practice, because it doesn't move around. It?s going to stay solid. You're going to
throw it over your back and your other hand is going to come behind the back and catch
it like you just saw. So, one more time. From here. Practice that a few times going a little
higher and higher. Get it spinning a few times and then catch it right behind your back.
And, the once you get that down you'll be ready to deal with the Nunchucks. So, let's
go ahead and pull these out. Ok. So, same deal with the Nunchucks. Now, you're going
to throw it but it will be moving around. So, you're going to want to try and keep it
solid so it spins straight over. So, you want to make it like one stick when it's spinning.
So, from here throw it straight over, catch and now you see I caught it. I caught it right
side up not upside down. If you do catch it upside down, just flip it back over the wrist.
So, one more time from here. Throw, reach around and catch. Now, once you get that down
let's go ahead and spin it through our fingers. Put it between your fingers. From here, spin
over. Now, this time you're going to have it upside down. You're just going to hold
it like a pencil and toss. You're going to have more control over it all the way to a
catch. One more time. One, two, throw and then catch. Now, it's going to be throwing
over the shoulder into a catch. So, one more time. Let's do it. Two, you can come across
this way from here. One, two, throw and catch. Now, let's do it a little higher from here.
One, spin, two and catch. And, that's going to be your throw over the shoulder into a
catch. Remember, practice with the Eskrima at first for the extra practice.
