allergies and how to deal with them. To preserve the integrity of your foods do not use a microwave.
The radiation from the microwave destroys and denatures all of the enzymes in the food.
Instead I would recommend an iron skillet for cooking on stove top also you are benefiting
from getting a little iron in your diet from your skillet. If you are trying to figure
out how to boil water you can find these electric kettles, they are very economical, just plug
it in and boil water for tea and soup. My other favorite tool for cooking is a rice
cooker besides rice you can steam vegetables and you can cook other grain that I mentioned
earlier, Quinoa by simple putting a measuring cup of the grain adding filter water, and
simply turn it on.
