Hi I'm Lori Schneider from Austin, Texas and owner of Figs Catering on behalf of Expert
Village we are going to show you how to make vegetable spring rolls with a Thai peanut
sauce. So we got a lot of ingredients going in our food processor and we are going to
add our last 2 liquids in our processor. The first thing we are going to add is this sesame
oil it is very important when you are going to purchase a sesame oil that you do look
at your ingredients statement. Make sure what you see there is just the sesame oil a lot
of times companies would take vegetable oil and seasoning it with sesame and you are really
not getting a pure sesame oil and there is nothing like a great sesame oil. So I'm going
to go ahead and add about 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. You can also buy toasted sesame
oil and that is also really really good. Next we are going to add white wine vinegar and
we are going to add a good amount of white wine vinegar. This is actually going to kind
of help thin it out and make it more into a sauce. But white wine vinegar is really
really good it gives it a little bit of tart, it pairs well with the fattiness of our peanut
butter. So I'm going to add a good amount of this maybe like a half a cup or so. We
are going to go ahead and puree this and get everything mixed together.
