Okay, the croutons are ready. C'mon we're going to get them out of the oven. Wow! These
turned out beautiful. Oh my god! These are gorgeous. Now what you want to do is put them
on a rack. This is a simple baker?s rack that you get from any of your kitchenware stores.
And the reason you want, you want, the metal pan is still hot and you want to get them
off the pan so they stop cooking and the air circulates around it to cool them off faster.
It's just a small step. If you keep them on the pan, they'll just continue to brown, and
they might get too brown or even burn. So these are perfect and, these are going to
be so delicious on our soup. Just you wait and see. I think we have them all done here.
And you can see, it doesn't take too long, its really worth that little extra moment
to do that. And, let me just, I just got to take another. Love these things. Love them.
