Ankara Agreement Visa interview Yildiz Visa Limited
Hello, my name is Ahmet Yildiz. I am an immigration adviser.
In this section, I would like to give you information about interview process of Ankara Agreement Visa which was started end of March 2012.
In reality only a few applicants are asked to attend to interview because it is a lengthy and costly process.
The interview takes one and half to two hours. 30 – 40 questions are asked. If it is first year application, the questions are about the business plan and documents supplied.
If there are any contradictions between the documents or missing documents, the questions are focused on those.
For the 3 year application, the questions are about the annual business accounts, bank statements, business expenses, receipts and invoices.
For an indefinite visa application, the questions are focused on whether the business was actively run for the last 4 years and still actively running or not.
Main focus of the questions are the business activities within the last year. You can request a Turkish speaking interpreter for the interview. Interpreter's fee is paid by UK Border Agency.
The important point here is if your level of English must be at a high level in order to carry out your business like being a teacher,
asking for an interpreter will have a negative effect in this instance.
If your application was submitted by an immigration adviser or a solicitor,he/she can prepare you for the interview.
Immigration adviser/solicitor may be present at the interview.
However, he/she is not allowed to defend you or interfere during the interview.
However, the immigration adviser/solicitor is allowed to speak
at the end of the interview
Your success rate will be increased if you are prepared for the interview and
bring the necessary documents with you.
