I'm going to show you a Go Go Plata from inside the guard. I'm going to use my Go Go Plata
when I'm going for an Omplata. I'm pushing away on his head. I'm coming up over. A lot
of times he'll be; his posture will be so good. He turns into me. I'll grab my own foot
tucking it underneath his chin. I'll grab onto his head pushing forward. There is a
lot of power right here. I'm using my foot pushing it down placing it, and grabbing his
head to get the submission. I'm going to do that a different angle to give you a different
view of it. I'm pushing on his head, coming up over, he's real tight. I'm grabbing my
own feet, placing it right underneath and pushing forward. That's a Go Go Plata from
in the guard.
