President Donald Trump delivered a spectacular State of the Union address. One of the topics he presented upon is the elimination of the violent illegal immigrant gang known as MS-13. Trump talked about the gang violence and then spoke to the audience about two particular victims murdered by the gang. He mentioned two girls from New York who met their demise on the day they ran into members of MS-13. It wasn’t their choice to end their life that way, but they couldn’t escape, and they perished. Their names are Kayla and Nisa and members of MS-13 brutally murdered them. President Trump looked into the audience and saw them. The cameras followed Trump’s eyes and pointed right at four exceptional guests of honor. It was the parents of the girls who lost their lives. It was a moment where an entire room gave a round of applause and almost made everyone cry for the weeping loss of those two beautiful girls. You could feel it in the air. You could see it on their faces. You could sense that there was legitimate loss and that was a moment in history that will forever be recognized as a time where people united. There was peace for a moment frozen in time as the parents wept for their lost children and every American felt their sorrow. But it was also the same time that the parents were attacked by cold-hearted Democrats who lack the tolerance and love that make America great. The Democrats booed the parents who lost their children. The same Democrats who parade their agenda as one of peace and tolerance are indeed the party of hate and intolerance. It’s unfathomable that anyone would boo during a pristine moment while parents across America mourned for these four parents who lost their two special girls. It makes you wonder where the heads and hearts of resisting leftists are. It doesn’t seem like there’s much in either the heart or head of the left. AOL reported on the SOTU: “A particularly poignant moment emerged during President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address on Tuesday night when the president turned his attention to the brutal violence enacted by the MS-13 gang. Parents Evelyn Rodriguez, Freddy Cuevas, Elizabeth Alvarado and Robert Mickens, who were invited as guests of the president and first lady, were brought to tears during Trump’s speech when he mentioned their daughters, Kayla Cuevas and Nisa Mickens, who were killed in September 2016 by members of the MS-13 gang in Long Island, New York. “Tonight, everyone in this chamber is praying for you,” Trump said, speaking to the grieving parents. “Everyone in America is grieving for you. And 320 million hearts are breaking for you. We cannot imagine the depth of your sorrow, but we can make sure that other families never have to endure this pain.” MS-13 has been a focus of the Trump administration’s hardline immigration platform throughout the president’s first year in office. MS-13 (or La Mara Salvatrucha), a gang primarily based in Central America, was formed in the 1980s and is today one of the largest criminal organizations in the United States. A reported 6,000 members operate within at least 46 states and the District of Columbia domestically, and more than 30,000 operate internationally. The FBI created a task force on MS-13 in 2004 to “investigate this violent international street gang.” “Tonight, I am calling on the Congress to finally close the deadly loopholes that have allowed MS-13, and other criminals, to break into our country,” Trump continued in his State of the Union speech. “We have proposed new legislation that will fix our immigration laws, and support our ICE and Border Patrol Agents, so that this cannot ever happen again.” ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ◆ Latest news videos: ****** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ★ CONNECT WITH US ★ ◆ Google : ****** ◆ Email: ****** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Videos can use content-based copyright law contains reasonable use Fair Use (******
