Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make Boudin. Okay here we go our
boudin is steamed we got those castings all cooked so we're going to remove those from
the steamer and there hot.
And as you can see none of the castings burst is cause we punched those little holes in
there to release some of the steam as it expands,
and so now that we have them steamed we'll do is we'll let them cool off and then we
can decide rather or not we're going to be cook and eat some now. Or if we want to freeze
some or if we want to smoke some on the grill, there you have it so lets move on.
