Hi, this is Miranda Thacker with your KYTC Minute. Customer satisfaction is a core value
of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Recently, the Cabinet's Division of Customer
Service celebrated the one millionth incident that's been resolved by the Cabinet's
Customer Service Center. The Customer Service Center was launched in late 2010 and is staffed
by 24 specially-trained
professionals. The Center provides a single point of contact for people seeking assistance
with driver licenses, motor vehicle
licenses or motor carrier issues. On average, the center receives over 10,000 calls per

Mackenzie Deborde resolved the one millionth incident: I turned around and Mike, Tony,
Chris, Lisa -- everybody is standing right
behind me at my desk. And I'm like, "What is going on right now (chuckling)." And they're
all clapping and saying "You got the
millionth phone call!" And I was like, "YEA!(laughing)" The Customer Service Center is open weekdays
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
