First, open Mac Mail from the applications folder on your Mac computer.
If you have not previously used Mac Mail, the "Welcome to Mail" pop-up window will automatically appear.
Otherwise, you may add a new account by clicking on "Mail" on the menu bar,
then selecting "Preferences." In the bottom-left corner of the preferences window, click on the "+" button.
Enter your first and last name, full email address, and your MyID password.
Mail will attempt to auto-discover the UGAMail account settings. This may take a few minutes.
In the account summary screen, make certain that the checkboxes next to "Address Book Contacts" and "iCal Calendars"
are checked so your contacts and calendar will synchronize with your account.
You should now see your Inbox under Mailboxes on the left, and your e-mail folder will be listed below that.
You will have to use the arrow to expand your folders.
