In this video clip, we are going to explain how you can make use of the features on your
account portal. We will show you how to create Pinless dialing, use the speed dial phonebook,
check your calling history and other helpful features.
Let's get started! Before we take a deep dive into the features,
log into your account. Once you log into your account, you will be
taken to your account home page. Underneath the "Setting" box, you should see
a voice prompt switch. If you are interested in hearing your account
balance over the phone, you can select "Yes" from the drop down menu. If not, you can leave
it as it. If you would like to hear how many minutes you have over the phone, you can select
"Yes" from the drop down menu. Then, you must select "Update" for the changes to apply.
Return back to the "Settings" box. Select the NetPhoneBook. NetPhoneBook allows
you to add your favorite or most frequently dialed numbers without having to memorize
the phone number, you just the 2 digit quick dial number.
Please note: You will still have to dial a local access number or toll-free number to
call into our calling card system before you can enter the 2 digit quick dial number.
Select any number between 10-99 as your 2 digit quick dial number.
Type in a number you are interested in replacing with the 2-digit quick dial number. Type in
the name associated with this telephone number. When you have finished, click on "Add to NetPhoneBook".
If you would like to make any changes, you can go back and update your NetPhoneBook any
time. When you are satisfied, you can close the window to return to your account home
page. In the "Settings" box, select NetQuickDial
NetQuickDial allows you to bypass the need to enter your pin number. By entering the
telephone that is commonly used to make calls using your calling card, you can skip entering
your calling card pin number. Please note: Even if you successfully entered
in your telephone number for Pinless dialing, you still must first dial the local access
number or toll-free number. Once the telephone number is entered, click
on "Add NetQuickDial#", then close the window. There may be instances when you want to check
your calling history to see whom you've dialed or when was the last time you recharged money
into your account. Did you know all of this is accessible to you?
You can check the history in two ways: by the month, or by a specific period.
If you have used your calling cards to make phone calls, you will see your call record
starting with the date that you made your call, which TN you used to make the call,
the other party's TN, how long you called, at what rate you were charged, the total amount
deducted from your account, and the calling card amount if you purchased any calling cards.
Learn how to look up the calling rates from the US and the calling rates when making calls
from another country, known as NetCallBack. You can also learn how to create an new account
or recharge from your current account in one of other videos.
