Approving roles in myBTEC If you are a Quality Nominee or Lead Internal
Verifier, you play an important role in making sure roles are approved. You should receive
an email to prompt you when there are roles to approve or reject.
Click on 'User Role Approval' in the header bar in myBTEC.
Filter by name or subject heading to find the person you are looking for.
To approve a role, select 'Yes' in the approval role column and then click Confirm. If you
need to reject a role claim, select 'No' in the approval column and then click Confirm.
The person claiming a role will receive an approval or rejection email once the decision
has been made by the Quality Nominee or Lead Internal Verifier.
